2 Players LF Ranked Team (silver +)

Hi all, so me and a friend both looking for a team, semi-serious/competitive. We are decent players, but its getting to the point where we would like to avoid solo/duo queue and play with a team.

What we are looking for :

• A mature team pref 21+
• Comms: Teamspeak ( have a teamspeak server we can use if needed )
• Decent standard of awareness and tactics (not just all mid and finish xD)
• No toxic/ragers
• Able to discuss pre/post match details to find out where we went wrong, not essential but its good to realise where we messed up or excelled
• General teamwork and willingness to learn from one another
• Playing as a team and not 5 individuals
• Looking to play ranked a few nights a week and perhaps some tournaments once the team has gelled
• Also friendly and social is good
