My credentials
I have been Challenger in soloqueue since season 4 and have been playing on teams in the amateur scene since season 3. I met and played with players who are currently in LCS/Academy on reddit/team-recruitment forums and am on a very high level team myself.
I have a wealth of knowledge about what it takes for a team to succeed and what makes them fail. Furthermore my understanding of macro-play, drafts and team-based concepts in and out of game is very high and I want to use the ideas I have to help shape a team.
What I expect
I understand that the pre-amateur scene (Tier 4 scene) is very messy and a lot of problems exist with scheduling, commitment and egos. My goals and expectations are going to be set very low but I will have some ground rules that will be mandatory if you want me to work with you. I expect you to treat me as a point of authority when it comes to internal conflict and other problems.
That being said, I have ears as well as a voice. I am doing this to improve myself as much as I'm doing it to help you improve so any constructive criticisms will always be listened to.
