D2 main LF duo aiming for d2 with atleast a 80%+ w/r on new smurf

This was one of my smurfs went downhill, but if you see I was able to maintain a pretty good winrate overall I decayed to gold something I didn't check cause I don't play this account it was originally plat 2 when I stopped with a 95% w/r then I lost a bunch in a row cause bad luck I guess took a break came back, looking to have a serious duo who wants to climb elo isn't really an issue I'm just looking for someone who's not horrible and can help me carry games, your role isn't a big deal as long as you are confident in your ability to carry that lane and then carry another if possible.
