Looking for Team Managers - FL eSports

FL eSports is looking to recruit individuals who want to handle team management for our organization. We plan to be creating a number of teams in order to help players get involved with the League of Legends community, as well as get them involved in prized tournaments. We believe that there is a lot more to the game other than just solo que, and we want every player to experience the enjoyment of team play.

What FL eSports does

• Provides Team Logo • Provides Application Process • Provides Prized Tournaments • Helps deal with issues the manager cannot

Expectations for Managers

• Organize team schedules • Deal with internal issues (attitudes, conflicts,etc) • Ensure that team practice runs smoothly • Manage rosters for each team, replace players, etc • Register for tournaments
