Support looking to make a serious ranked team

Hi there my name is Denim Ranger but i would liked to be called DG. A little bit about me is i am 19 years old and live is the cheese stake (Wisconsin). I have been on many ranked 5s team with some very high elo people. Last season the highest i got to was gold 3 in 5s. I have a lot of shot calling experience and would not mind being a shot caller again but if someone else s better i kno my place lol. I have done many tournys with my teams and do almost al of the scouting my self. Now a little bit on how i will want to run the team. I would liketo be ery serious and have practice sunday thru thursdays as i work all day on the weekends. times will be Sunday-Thursday 11pm cst till preferably 3-4 am cst. we will play untill 2-3 and have the last hour be for going over our games. I use lsi to watch games but just got a new pc so now i can record our games and voices if we want me to so we can listen to shot calls. I am looking for all lanes exept support. I am alowing everyone to have the inital interveiw and the top 2 people i get from them will be tryed out. I am looking for having a mic, proper english, champ pool and knowlage of the game.
