Hello, I am Dasani, Head Coach of a start up team that is looking to bring in 5 Diamond solo queue players and turn them into a competitive team. We currently have a Manager and Analyst to round out the support staff. Goals include a minimum of diamond 3 in ranked 5's as well as placing in various tournaments.

##General Requirements: Availability a minimum of 4 days a week to play 3+ games. Diamond 4+ solo q Ability to receive constructive criticism Drive to improve Able to use Skype and TS3 or Curse Voice

##Requirements By Role: Top: Carry and/or tank heavy-cc champion pool, good map awareness

Jungle: early game or tanky-cc, ability to shot call/communicate especially early and make solid engages.

Mid: Flexible champ pool, safe wave clear, great team fight mechanics

ADC: Solid team fight positioning, scaling champion pool

Support: Roam potential, able to shot call, solid communication, good game knowledge, engage/disengage champion pool
