[LFM] Creating Ranked Team to Climb Fast [Gold Elo Players Only]

Hello fellow summoners, my name is OSG Klika and I am currently looking at creating a Ranked Team that is interested in climbing at a very fast pace. Lately, it has come to my attention that most of my games are lost because of lack of communication and I really want to change that. That is why I am looking for four other players who are all ranked in Gold Elo who are looking to grind a few hours a day for the next couple of weeks. I am currently ranked Gold V as a Jungle Main and my goal is to get Platinum by the end of the summer and I really want to do it with a bunch of people that also have the same goal ahead. I am tired and just frustrated at this point with the number of people I get paired up with who are just playing ranked for the sole purpose of feeding the game or to troll.
