Support Looking for a serious ranked team!!

I'm currently a plat 4 Mid/Top/Sup main and have specializations with multiple characters in each of those roles. I can also adc and jungle but my experience is more limited and I wouldn't feel comfortable doing it in ranked. I've been playing for a couple years now, I consistently read all patch notes and changes as they're released and play very frequently. (Should be available for a game most of the time.) I requently view LoLClass guides for all of my champions that I play. I own every champion and have 7 rune pages currently that I modify to my needs until i can get more. I have a good chunk of the runes available to me and have been a thresh main for the past two years in solo queue. I just last season started buckling down for ranked after I got enough for my rune pages and got all the champions. I feel as though im good at reading my opponents and allies, especially solo queue adcs. I practice as often as I get the chance. I try not to flame in chat, if someone has an issue with me I usually just mute them. I am available to talk over any method, (Skype, Vent, Mumble, etc...) Im really looking for a team that I can play with, I think like most people I have the dream of becoming a professional player and I think that if I can find a team that I work well with and can log many hours practicing and playing with that we could start taking part in tournaments and Hopefully go pro. I'm definetly open to any offers, even if they dont work out. Thanks for taking the time to read my rant and I hope to see my new team out on the rift. :)
