That map looks pretty bad compared to the others since SR and TT had an update (though TT's is smaller) and HA is the newest map. SR VU looks like it's pretty much done so please get working on a VU for CS, that will improve dominion's popularity for sure and it really needs it. Remember Riot, we pay you!

I don't think it'd improve its popularity at all, unfortunately. I really love dominion, and I really loved Ascension. It's just that no one plays them. :(
yeah I'm not sure it'll have a major impact on popularity in the long run, but that, on top of something else, would be a great start/push for increasing dominion's popularity. a map VU really should happen though. CS looks so out of date now.
I think they said they would be moving on to work on other maps (Dominion) once SR VU was officially complete. So I figure they'd be on it soon. This stuff takes a while though so it won't be ready for a long time unfortunately. Really looking forward to it though.
I wonder whether or not they will manage to VU Crystal Scar and make Spooky Harrowing and Snowdown Showdown skins for the new Summoner's Rift by October 2015. :P
