So I wanted to play with a team, however it seems like everyone only wants someone who is in a "League" I looked into it and saw you have to be level 30 before even playing ranked matches. Is this correct? So this would mean I will have to get to 30 before anyone will play with me? I just hate playing in random games not using chat. I want to play with people casual/competitive that communicate using a mic. Any advice is very appreciated.

If you're looking for a group to play with in normals, people are generally more laid-back about that. Look around for in-client chatrooms concerning the game mode you like to play, and you might be able to find some people to play with. Alternately, just try adding people after games. If you had fun playing together, you can friend them to play with them again.
