Have Custom Games with 5 enemy bots reward IP/XP

Hi, I used to be pretty frequently online in pvp, ranked, but now I just play either with me or friend in custom games. However because of my choices, I cant enjoy so much of this game. URF I wasnt able to add bots into a custom game along with any other event, I can't gain IP even if theres 5 bots on enemy team. I do coop for my daily IP boost but its really draining for me and I dont see a difference between 5 enemy bots in coop vs a custom game with 5 bots. Also to my friend new in league that also plays offline, cant level, on top of no IP. So no mastery points, no runes, champions need to be bought with RP unless we go out of out way to play with random people online who like to sperg out on a bot game. I really beg of Riot to at least provide some IP/XP to customs games with a full team of enemy bots. I dont see any reason not to. For champion mastery I understand people can spam it easily for it. So all I ask is the IP/XP granted. Each other game I play doesnt limit me from playing custom games. I really would like to see this considered because its really making this game become a chore when it was something I love a lot since I played for years and wanted to share it with others who happen to play custom only as well and its odd explaining why just League doesnt give XP in games with full bots. I understand I shouldnt compare one game to another, but this I really dont see why Riot has it this way.

I can see why they don't give ip/exp in customs games with bots. People would just spam those modes and easily get to 30, and get a loaded amount of IP just to sell said account. Granted this could help in that it will keep boys out of actual games, but honestly if you want to gain exp/ip but don't want the seriousness of being a team just play vs ai!

why should you get influence points when you are playing by yourself and not influencing anyone?

Sadly that's what happen when a game gets too populated! People make programs to help level up or gain currency needed to buy champions.

Co-op games, which tend to be very quick and easy to win, provide some xp/ip, so WHY does a custom game against 5 bots NOT provide any xp/ip when they tend to be MUCH more difficult and take much more time. Personally, I find co-op less satisfying and I enjoy the custom games with zero negativity, except when I am critical of myself :) I am not asking for a big reward, but even half of what you would get from a co-op game would be nice (not to mention fair).
