Op champs galore! (New game mode)

Recently I saw a post in an Instalok video that proposed an interesting idea: How about you create a mode in which summoners could play with any champ in his most over powered form? Like getting to play with Jax when he could dodge the fountain or Leblanc when she was just released. I guess we could finally see how the game has evolved since the start and we could prove who was the most OP champ of all time. Who knows? Maybe a new champion could be considered more OP than that legendary Twisted Fate, Jax, Ezreal and Olaf :P
