New themes to Summoner rift

Let the players have the option to vote on which theme they want to play in on Summoner rift. Halloween, winter, normal, etc... Playing on the same forest theme over and over feels too repetitive sometimes. Sure they may be event themes but holidays are too far away and yea... At least do it for normal mode or aram as those aren't ranked.
