Drop in mode

I know there are many other players that are sick of leavers and afks i think that riot should make a match option where you can join any random game that has a leaver in it that has not returned in ten min or so and then the leaver can get a warning or low priority queue and then team with the leaver can get loss prevented or something idk was just a thought.
