Is this a real thing??? Are there AI bots in ARAM now? I keep trying to confirm this.
I'm pretty sure there are, but I was on a bit of LoL hiatus for the first half of this year until I could get a new laptop, so I haven't played much ARAM until recent months.
There are. I went for a few days where I encountered exactly one human being in ARAM. It stopped after that, though. Unless you're talking about actual bots, that you add to a custom game on purpose.
funny you cant add bots to custom aram but botters can bot in regular aram! maybe \riot needs to hire some of these people
What do you mean? Like, bots sneaking into an ARAM game? I haven't seen this happen before. All of the teammates and enemies are normal humans for me. The only other time I noticed bots in a pvp game was when I played Dominion. Super annoying. I wonder if Riot ever fixed this problem XD
I'm convinced it's DEFINITELY bots that fill in with random summoner names if a match hasn't been found in a while, like late at night. There's no other explanation for there are champs that just stand there and fight like Beginner bots. Also when there's an overwhelming lack of coordination with the team. There's also more complex instances like an Inhibitor turret that only needs 1 hit to get taken down, but the "teammate" is still just hitting minions back towards middle instead of running past them to help take down the turret, while ignoring pings and chat. Lapse in coordination or feedback of this nature from teammates is not an isolated instance either.
Maybe, but highly unlikely there more ppl who have chat and the map turned off in ARAM. And that don't care if we win or lose or how many times they die, but I don't believe this to be the case. Unskilled players and feeders tend to have a more "purposeful" pattern, or end up in the bushes at least once per game.
Either I'm crazy, or after +4 years of playing LoL, after recent patches Finding an ARAM match late at night after the 3:00 minute mark or so just automatically teams you up with really drunk players.
I just finished a game that had bots on my team, was a really bad game. I have see it to many times. I have seen the other team have bots on and just 2 real players. it really sucks as it makes for a really bad gaming experiences.
Player made bots in ARAM has been happening for over a year. This is nothing new. These are in Dom and TT, too.
