Nemesis Draft is showing exactly why Riot doesn't keep special modes permanently.

Because we're a day into it and already creating metagames and "ideal champions to ban" and the like. It was happening to URF, and now it's happening here. The point of these special modes is to have something fun and to break away from the meta, so instead we just make our own metas for each different mode. Where's the fun in that?

So are ARAMs but people tryhard those like their parents will beat them like a redheaded step child if they lose.

It's draft, there's going to be metas and "top banned champs" in the mode. Unlike URF, no champ is inherently BROKEN in this mode. The fun is in having to play odd team comps, and see if you can make the best of it more than the comp you gave the other team. You go into this mode knowing you won't get to play your favorite champ, and very unlikely get to play a "top meta" LCS champ. This is a very fun game mode if you aren't an idiot going into it, and aren't playing it with the mindset of "win or wasted 40 min of my life in this shit, fml."
