Toxicity by queue

What queue is the most toxic?

Recently i switched from playing teambuilder to draft but i'm finding that i have had a string of ~20 games where someone intentionally feeds, goes top or feed in champ select and follow through with that, rage quits at 5 min, randomly disconnects, or just doesn't understand that they need to farm their lane. Needless to say i'm quite frustrated and i'm not sure if i should just abandon draft pick and go back to team builder. Is the draft pick queue more toxic or is it just me?
