Mirror Match-ups in Team Builder

In team builder why are there mirror match-ups? In my opinion, mirror lanes are so beyond horrible that I'd rather lose a normal lane than win a mirror. I understand that some people enjoy them because of skill variations but it isn't much fun to get crushed in lane and feel bad about yourself.

Therefore, I ask that team builder will try to not mirror match-up unless:

1. A champion comes out for it's first 3 weeks.
2. A champion got a new skin.
3. The wait time is over 1 min.
4. A Champion got a VU
5. A Champion got a GU

If this is not do-able please let me know.
