Make a new game mode: Inversion

So the basic idea is to reverse all abilities that scale with ad with ap and counterwise.This would bring a massive change in the playstyle of nearly every champion and it would be chaotic to play.As for the abilities that scale from both ap and ad , just change them again likewise (eg if an ability scales from 1.5 ap and 0.9 ad make it 0.9 ap and 1.5ad).
