Short Game Mode

I like modes like ARAM and the featured game modes because they're usually short matches of about 20 minutes. I much prefer playing short matches like this than the average 40 minute SR matches. The issue is that featured modes come and go with a lot of time in between and ARAM of course doesn't allow me to play the character I want to play. It would be awesome if there were a permanent short match mode.
