N.U.R.F

This is the perfect April fools idea for my homies at rito. This idea just suits them so well. And besides Urf will still be memorialized. Maybe, just maybe. There could be a lore addition. Urf's brother Nurf appears from the ocean with an army of trolls, (internet or real doesn't matter) and with this army, he puts an over-serving sized amount of feminine hormone pills into every champs feeding troughs, turning them all weak and squishy. (I am not trying to be sexist, but come on, that many hormones can turn anybody(Even the great Gragas )soft and squishy) Nurf keeps all of the steroids for himself. In this game mode, every champion has half of the health and mana, and Q,W,E spells do 1/3 damage/range/effect and ultimate moves do 1/2 damage/range/effect, this does not effect TF's vision for instance(teleport range is halved though), and global ults still go global. This would be an amazing differential to watch, the way people play will change completely and it just seems so cool to imagine the big LCS baddies going head to head, but having to alter the entire play style.
