Make Summoner's Rift a seasonal Map

Throughout the year, Summoner's Rift stays the same in it's visual form. I have an idea to spice it up. We have four seasons in a year. Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter. Why don't we incorporate the time setting in the region, to the map of summoners rift. For example in the North American region, the setting is winter. In this case summoners rift will be covered in snow. It could be snowing, there could be patches of snow lying around. The river could be frozen, and miscellaneous things like changing the rift animals into more habitat environmental ones. For a region that is having summer, the rift could be filled with more vibrant colors including flowers, more grass and the same goes for winter. In autumn the rift could have differently colored bushes and an aura that includes colors of red, yellow, orange and brown. Even the turrets could change their colors slightly. Since this is such a large artistic change to League of Legends, and possibly people won't like stepping out of their comfort zones, the event's to the change of the visual interpretation of the rift can only last for the first week, or even first day to the introduction of a season in the year. So if winter is approaching in the EU region, the first week of winter could be the changing of the map with it's winter theme. The approaching week the event would be over and Summoners rift could be back to normal. Just a thought, a lot of what i said can be tweaked, changed, or not even used. I think it's a cool idea and it is a way to give players a more intact relationship with League of Legends. It is also a way to see Summoner's rift in a different way. Thank you

They plan on adding skins to the map at a later time since they used to do that, but had to VU the map first :P

What if I live in the Southern part of the United States? They don't have seasons... or like me, I live in Utah, we have Winter and we have Construction, those are our only two seasons.
