How Am I Suppose To Practice For Ranked?

When half the playerbase doesn't take the game seriously in normals to any extent? I'm sorry but I'm frustrated with the endless 4 men chasing 1 kill while I'm on an ap support trying to push objectives because no one else will and even if I am on an AD champion my team ends up getting baited half the time in these fights and then the enemy team just pushes faster and harder?

I know I'm not perfect, I'm trying to work on improving what I can in my game, which is mostly mechanics in my opinion. I'm trying not to be toxic, I really am, but I think I'm on the verge of a ban because I try to be kind, I try to communicate and then I get told I'm stupid and feeding, and when I try to explain I get told to uninstall or kill myself (but I'm the one currently close to being banned mind you because 4 people is greater than 1 and because I'm the target of the 4 because I dont want to push mid every game all game) my harsh complaints about how im being treated/the game are going to get me banned, meanwhile I'm told to kill myself on a regular basis.

So the question stands, does anyone have any ideas about this? How can I practice for ranked because I don't want to just tank to B5 by practicing in ranked, but I'm getting very little out of normals because "It's normals, who cares".... I do ... I'm trying to practice for ranked :(.

What you're describing isn't exclusive to normals - it also sounds like ranked until at least Gold. Playing ranked probably isn't going to clear up your problem, but I don't see any problem with your giving it a try.

I can tell you that people take the game much more seriously in Draft Pick than Blind (in my experience) also the draft pick itself is good. Maybe try teambuilder? I have a feeling that people que up to win there. But nevermind anything I'm saying... I'm just bronze.

You practice ranked by playing ranked.

Honesty I kinda know the feeling cause I have had gaems like that but for the most part the teams I have do care about winning so I don't have it as bad as you do. I take every game seriously and don't like to surrender unless there is absolutely no hope of winning. What I would do is either keep playing normal cause its the only practice or make a team of only (or at least mostly) friends who I know like to take the game seriously and want to win but won't be cursing or raging every 10 seconds or blaming everybody else when something goes wrong.

I just wish I could stop getting so invested and angry! It's not like me and I really don't want to lose my account. I don't get angry in person next to ever, but on League, it's like some well gets opened up, maybe because it's more competitive than anything I've played before... any tips on that? I don't want to mute everyone cause no communication sucks, I mean there is pings but. I just don't want to be toxic and I want to progress in ranked, I'm trying my very best but sometimes it feels hopeless. Really working on the not snapping at people thing though.

Get premades, if you can go 5, awesome, otherwise, well, either try to get them or play something like team builder, and just search for the roles that you don't have.

If you don't have many friends, try to get some people from the chats, there are a lot of people actually loking for people to play specific roles. At the very least, you are doing some practice with people who is doing the same and is trying to at least to play well.

Normals draft with friends, a duo, or just alone is the best way. Another way is Teambuilder to practice specific champs/roles but the problem with TB is people usually don't take it seriously unless they're gold+

This is my experience from being silver 2-gold 4
