Plats & Golds against bronze and silvers and unranks

How does a plat and gold team end up against a bronze and silver team? The change to TeamBuilder has turned into a one sided slaughter fest. How can you have a good game experience when you are placed against players higher skilled and more experience than you? TeamBuilder matchmaking needs to be fixed. There is no reason for such a grossly unbalanced match to be formed in something that is supposed to give balanced (similar MMR which should not result in such a gap in ranked tiers) games. I was going to try to get all Icons but after a match with a plat lee going 12/0 and gold fizz going 5/0 ending the game in 20 minutes because it was just no fun I'm done with it. Normal Blinds give better balance and more enjoyable matches win or lose.
