Coaching Queues
What if there was a system in place where players above a certain point could joint a spectator queue and then watch a lower level player, and communicate with them while they play?

Thumbs down from me for openness to abuse. There are plenty of obnoxious players, some very highly ranked, whom I don't want to see talking directly to a novice in-game.
It should be a novice's right to choose his/her advisor and whether to have one or not.
