I've seen people ask about a sort of Origin mode, is something like this even feasable?

For those that don't know, origin mode would basically be "Everything is reverted to when it was first released". This includes items, champions, even summoners rift itself. Could even bring back the proving grounds for aram. This would also bring back removed items, so you can be the invincible Inervating Locket you've always wanted to be. My question is, is something like this even possible to pull off? All things considered some champion and item files could be completely gone. If this was possible it would be really cool to see
