Kass on Twisted Treeline is a problem

The fact that he can go from lane to jungle is bad enough, but the fact that he can jump from behind nexus to the jungle and vice versa is just plain silly. I don't play 3's often, but no one else can match this as far as I know. Why is this allowed to be possible??

That doesn't break the game or the game experience, and he can do that everywhere in summoners, just try to learn how to counter him
