Draft pick voting to cancel champion select

I find people having to dodge games is a nuisance when someone locks in disco nunu or something. Does anyone else think that in draft mode your team should have a vote to quiet champ select. So if someone decides to pick something troll or says mid or feed, or something like that you can vote in champion select to go back into que?

Know you're stuck with the fact that the person causing an issue is also in select with you! So you can now just leave que for a couple minutes nd hop back into solo que! This would be handy because of the recent out break of disco nunu players.
