I don't know if you can access the link to see my process, but it says I should get the snowdown stylin' icon but I have not gotten one. I have gotten the friend of poros icon so I know I can get them. I won as snowmerdinger (hiemer). Please riot, and thank you very much if you help.

If you have it from last year you don't get it again. Read the snowdown FAQ.
I have the same problem. I'd recommend contacting support.
Do you have the Slaybelle icon from last year? Because I found if you do then you won't received the one from this year.

I haven't got the Friends with poro one it says "we're running into an issue processing your reward. Contact Player support for help". But when i go to the support I'm not sure what problem it would be under but if you guys could help that would be great.
