Match Making in Team Builder "Balance"

So I absolutely love team builder. The fact that you can choose any champion you want in whatever lane (que times may vary) is amazing, I can hone my top lane and learn champions in the lane they were supposed to be in. But as of recent my loses have been on the rise, mostly due to the fact that I am being placed against people of higher ELO. I know that there are only a few people who play team builder so anyone gets in, but the fact that me of division Bronze III gets placed with people of Platinum/Diamond like in that link I posted. I think that it is not fair not only to me, but to my teammates for feeding Darius because let's be serious Darius can "tower dive" at level 6 a quick combo+2 hits = 400 true damage. But that's besides the point. My main point is that if you guys can do something to filter out the strong from the weak it would greatly be appreciated because I love this game mode, although this might affect the wait times it'd be nice if someone could get back that'd be great. But I just can't anymore...
