Team Builder Elo rating

Why is it that when I get into a Team Builder queue, I always get the lowest of the low elo players? I'm talking about the people who have no clue how to do anything besides AFK push their lane during laning phase, so their jungler can't gank, or the ones who AFK farm jungle all game when laners specifically freeze the lane, harass opponents, and set up ganks for their jungler. The number of times I've encountered obnoxious "supports" who don't ward, don't buy any mobility, and just stack ability power is absolutely ridiculous. It's not even like they make use of the AP: they just feed their lane, make it impossible for their allies to respond to enemy rotations without getting caught in the jungle, and show up to fights long after the fight is over. These people NEED to be removed from my Team Builder games. They can all go have a happy fun time in their own idiot island.

I know that Team Builder is supposed to reset its matchmaking every time you pick up a new champion, but this is completely stupid. I AM NOT A BRONZE 5 TROLL. I DO NOT WANT TO BE MATCHED WITH BRONZE 5 TROLLS OVER AND OVER. I cannot progress as a player if I'm constantly getting matched with these kinds of players who intentionally or unintentionally make it impossible to participate as a team member.
