Since SR style is changing so are the champions' styles changing so they fit one another.
Thing is though, the champions' new looks won't fit on the other maps: TT, CS, HA. So I was wondering if those maps will receive atleast a TU so the champions match their style.
TT is still fairly new so I doubt it will get any major work done.
CS has always given people crippling FPS issues as well as the random game breaking cursor bug that Riot never did anything about.
As much as Riot neglected Crystal Scar they really didn't care at all about Howling Abyss.

As FDRU said, Twisted Treeline is still fairly new. Crystal Scar probably won't be getting any updates from the lack of playability from the community. Howling Abyss is one of the latest map (Updated from Murder bridge from the tutorial) that was released with Lissandra so there no real purpose to update that map yet again because it doesn't look outdated comparison to the current Summoner Rift.
