I understand why summoners rift is diagonal but not ARAM. Bottom has a huge advantage of better sight due to camera bias to bot. Just make it horizontal....Its way better (see other MOBAs with similar game mode). At least it would be 100% equal. No "oh the sun was in my eyes" excuses.
I can't see skillshots nearly as well on red side as I can on blue side. By the time I see Nidalee's spears, I have almost no time to react and Jayce's skillshots are basically instant. That problem needed to be fixed long ago, but it simply hasn't and probably won't.
I don't have a problem playing either side.
Yet another reason I love Dominion.
This issue falls on deaf ears every time. Riot just doesn't seem concerned. Which is too bad, because I feel like a lot of people feel this way.
What is camera bias to bot? Im not implying that this isnt a problem but I have never noticed it and Im having trouble understanding even the concept of there being a meaningful difference between up/right=forward and down/left=forward.
I honestly have never felt afflicted by this.
And anyone using locked camera is asking to lose.
