Draft Team Builder

We all know how awful a draft game can be when 2 people want the same spot, that was the point of team builder. But team builder is essentially organized (and kinda slow to start) blind pick, eliminating the part of draft people want: the bans and the counter picking.

Cutting to the chase because I'm not very expansive with the words:

Instead of picking all 3: champion, role, and position: simply have people join the queue with just a position with a preferred champion and preferred role selected - but not set in stone. Once the team is gathered, they are put into the draft queue and their pick order shall be in the order of hitting ready, with captain getting first pick - and from there it is just a normal draft match

I would like to see this kind of queue implemented. Share your thoughts, and perhaps improvements and maybe some clever fellow from riot will take note of this
