Return of mele ADC bottom?

With the recent changes to SR and the items on it can we see a return to Meles going bottom again for ADC purposes? I played a couple games sion bottom and it seems fine. but thats a biasness as it's Sion. I'm wondering if anyons been experiementing with meles going bottom for ADC purposes since the update.

Do you think we'll see a lot more diversity in general in all lanes? Which champs do you think are going to do well in which lanes this season?

Imyself already am enjoying the item changes.

Lol nope. They get bullied way too easily by ranged champions unless 1) the enemy is bad or 2) it's a gimmick lane in which case it doesn't scale well at all.

i think that would be per champ match up. if you are good at dodging skill shots and have a gap closer it may be viable but even with the updates it will still be breaking meta. i don't think the current meta will break fro a very long time...i would love to be wrong about that.

definitely not sion. you will never touch the adc at all unless you partner with someone like blitz/thresh/ali/jarvan. melees going bot has always been legit, they were called kill lanes. but i wouldn't call them "adc" in the marksmen sense, they tended to be bruisers or assassins most of the time.

There are very, very few bot lane melees that could be successful there. They involve kill-lanes generally, and I mostly see success with things like Jarvan/Kassadin, Thresh/Talon, or the truly nightmarish, Volibear/Leona.

But you need a real ADC if you're running that or at least some kinda good DPS or latescaling monster that can turn the tides. Like Volibear/Leona botlane works wonders with a Quinn midlane or top lane.

AD Sion though, you lack anything that will make a Marksman useful.
