where to find current communities and info for TT & Dominion?

New player here. I've been looking around and it's hard to find any communities that primarily support/discuss 3x3 or dominion and aren't dead. Most of the links I've found for builds, streams, guides, etc are going to info from 2013 or older, a few from late 2014. Where do people talk today?
