OK, so I played Twisted Treeline, and dominated

OK so, I have NO idea why, but 90% of the players in the Twisted Treeline are really bad. I played Garen and expected a fight from the people my level (26), instead, I got 6 triple kills and no deaths. Do good players just not play it anymore?. I was laying Treeline for one of the first times ever, and after 2 min I saw that my ally had been executed, while I faced a Master Yi. Instead of fighting me, Yi just AA the minions while I killed him. "ok, so he is a noob, be careful" I thought, until his ENTIRE TEAM DID THE SAME. the didn't use their abilities, ,they didnt run when they were dying, they just stood there attacked minons and died. It got to a point where I was 6 levels ahead of them with a KDA of 27/0/3 (4rd time on the Treeline ever). I played again and got 32/0/0. It was REALLY easy. I literally went into my lane, farmed cs until level 2, killed my opponents, and repeated this. So what the hell is happening to TT? When I played it before, it was MUCH harder.

Can someone explain why I can get SOO many kills, or why they are so bad?
