Narrative- Riot contest Vincent the scavenger

I Wrote this for the Riot contest.

I leave this Letter:

I grew up in the remainds of what was once Icathia; We were Scavengers, we looked for everything that could have the last value to sell it in the vestiges of the old city. The objects of this city we're pretty rare. I lived this life for years, but everything got worse when the conflict between Demacia and Noxus began to expand its territory (damn noxians). "You will never find a more aggressive kind of people".

It was midnight, we had a system of torches outside our outpost, if the torch went out, it meant problems. When we couldn't see any of the torches light up, there was total chaos in the city. (I think the city had never been so alive) it was a nightmare, I didn't know who the enemy was but I had to put my people safe and give them some time to escape.

I took an old Piltover rifle that I bought that morning and climbed an old tree in the center of the city. I always had good marksmanship; from the top of the tree, I could see Noxian soldiers massacring my people. I loaded a couple of bullets and started firing; their armor helped me distinguish whom I had to kill. I watched them fall one after another, each dejected soldier was time for more people to escape; I had knocked down a whole battalion when I first saw their General.

I heard about him before, but none of those tales do it justice; when he spots me, he ran towards me with his enormous ax, the tree was very thick but that monster did not care about at all, with just one hit, he managed to knock him down with me on top. I fell on the ground and astonished by his streght, I could not run...

I would like to say that I killed him, but the animal knocked me down with one punch. If there is anything worse than death Noxus found it, they took me to their camp as a prisioner;

I was not the only one who was captured, but I'm the only one that survived. The blow his general gave me swollen my face, I think I have broken a couple of ribs from the fall of the tree but I did not notice it at that time, because of the adrenaline. They tied me to a post when I saw Sion approaching. (Bad news) if there is anything I could say about that gorilla it is that me about the people who managed to escape, (I was not going to say anything to that Beast).

If I can say something about him, he's really impatient, every time he asked me, he hit my ribs, something I can say is that his arms look like rams; The only thing I could no longer talk I started spitting blood. (it wasn't on purpose) He couldn't take it anymore, and decided to end this. (I was blessed; the pain is unbearable). He took his mallet and then I fainted away.

I woke up in a completely dark room, it took me a while to get used to the darkness, the floor was too cold. I tried to get up from the floor but I couldn't, when I realized I was missing an arm. They had to amputate my arm after; He crushed it little to find the exit, the door was not closed. When I got out of the room, the sun hurt my eyes. (the room was made to not let the light go inside). Outside was crowded. They all used the same uniform. Outside my room. Outside of my room there was an old lonian man. (He healed my wounds). He told me we were in Grannit. (The worst prision of all). The building was made of black brick; more than 1000 inmate, and only I guard; just one entrance and one exit.

The guard was the brother of the Noxian general, He wanted some recognition so he made the prison his show. You only need to run to the exit dodging his axes to be free (nobody had ever achieved it).

(Everything they say about him was true, narcissistic, arrogant and egotistical are some of the words that comes to my mind). I saw show after show, and I think I can dodge his axes. I put myself in my best shape, today I'm going to scape. I left this letter to any of the inmates in case I don't make it. I'm going to Bilgewater, I know a redhead that owe me a favor. It was a pleasure.

**Some notes, **

• I think in Draven as the only guard of his prision, and the way he execute people is l ike that scene in the movie Apocalypto.

• I started this stoy to tell more about the characters we already know but from another perpective.

• Funny enought the reason noxus attack his village was because noxus wants more territory but I coundn't write it and when I saw the riot video about noxus I thought that I was really cool too think about that first XD.

• I didnt know some noxus locations that's why i choose those, I would like to make it better on the future.

• And last one I thought of this as a visual novel where you choose you're path and you get rewarded from the desisions you make. Something like the Graves and Tf, you can travel all around runaterra talking with diferrent characters from the game.
