With the Ryze Bio update we get to know that his master Tyrus was from a place called Helia that was a part of some ancient order that collects dangerous items that should not come in contact with the human hand. That kind of place was guarded by Thresh "hidden underground vault filled with dangerous and corrupted magical artifacts" And from the map we learn that Helia was the capital of the Blessed isles.. The Blessed isles had pretty futuristic architecture compared to other nations even for today. They collected knowledge and powerful items they had the mist cover them from humanities eye. The Blessed Isles were pretty advanced honestly...Its really strange how a island isolated from civilization that much would be so advanced and well organized...I'm getting the feeling that word "Blessed" has a way deeper meaning then what we thought. Maybe that knowledge was given to them or something taught them all of that. The way to build stuff and sorting stuff mastering magic...the living life in perfect harmony... It seems pretty odd to me ..

What do you think ¿

You seem to be forgetting that the Blessed Isles valued knowledge above everything else. Their peaceful nature and their insights/advanced lifestyle didn’t have to come from anyone but themselves, considering that they dedicated so much of their time to learning.

I think that it has something to do with:

THE HALL OF CONJUNCTION The knowledge within these hidden vaults would only reveal itself at specific phases of moon, angles of the sun, or alignments of starlight.

And by aliens, i mean Targonians.

In terms of blessed, many runterra factions had advancement but not likely as Targon Andy shurima, while Targon and shurima clenched to ancient powers of time. The farther locations such as Ionia and the blessed isles advanced from the stars. It’s fair to say, tha when the rune wars happened the runes allowed many places to advance, they even terra formed lands, the blessed isles could have advanced from the runes the study of stars or there own beliefs of power. Little is known about the empire on the side where the ruined king once commanded. I think it’s fair to say the blessed isles may have known a lot more about the future of runeterra, then Targon.
