I would like to know, if i can use this music in the background of my videos.

A: Game art’s a yes (per the Guidelines above). But logos are a no, as noted above. Sorry that we don’t yet have an official art repository filled with game art assets that you can download for non-commercial use. We know that’d be handy, and we’re assessing how we might be able to provide such a repository.

As far as i know, you can use it in your videos as long as your content is free for everyone.

It is mentioned in the Legal Jibber Jabber, but not in the part that you posted.

Music is an art form, but yes, the "Art" they are referring to is probably visual things. But I believe Ebonmaw Dragon is right.

Apart from this, do some of you have the sheet music or scores to the first Bit Rush? (the Riven vs. Blitzcrank one). I know that Andrew "Shadowluxx" Kierszenbaum composed it, but the transcriptions I found out there on Youtube are pretty lackluster. I would wish someone of the caliber of WingedSouls take it.
