What is Mordekaiser's ties to the Shadow Isles now?

He is still listed as a "champion of Shadow Isles" on the Shadow Isles region page, but has Noxus under his name. Is this an error?

Yes. Mordekaiser doesn't have a canon connection to the Shadow Isles, other than being an undead entity. Mordekaiser is tightly connected to Noxus because the Immortal Bastion has a "portal" to the "Shadow Realm" (Mitna Rachnun).
