Can I replace Japanese sound in NA client?

I just heard some samples from Japanese client, sounds very nice. I hope to replace the sound to NA client, but is this lawful for Riot? I mean what if Riot does not allow me to do this, and block my account. [slayer-jinx-wink] Thanks
