Conquest, Kled and Noxus

I've been wondering quite a lot about Noxus and Kled in particulary. Reading the lore of Kled, it seems that the nobles of Noxus do not acknowledge Kled his dominance... Now after reading his lore I started wondering how much land is actually owned and protected by Kled opposed to the total of Noxian land? And do other dominant figures in Noxus like Swain and Darius accept Kled his dominance? And something else I wanted to ask, why is a person like Le Blanc higher ranked in the Black Rose opposed to a figure like Vladimir who has been influencing Noxian affairs since the earliest days of the nation?

Kled is like a legend, so most of the people would not accept his dominance because most of the people thinks that he doesnt exist.

Anyways, all the land is owned by Kled... every single atom of Runeterra. Or at least that is what he believes

I somewhat struggle to take Kled seriously and will continue to do so until Yordle/Noxus lore is clarified.

Because the Black Rose is a completely different to Vlad and what his sphere of influence is about. Namely he's busy being worshipped by the nobility and running the blood magic guilds that we have learned are quite common in Noxus.

More and more it seems that the Black Rose/LeBlanc's role is to unite whatever black magic masters there are in Noxus for various mutually beneficial purposes. (Including the pursuit of world domination).

1.How much land does Kled own? In general I think the land that kled owns is pretty much wherever he just happens to be at the moment,so I doubt that he has a solid territory.

2.Why is Leblanc the leader of the black rose? Most likely because the followers of the black rose are loyal to leblanc and not Vladimir.Even if Vladimir is stronger than her(we don't know if he really is or not though),then that doesn't mean he is smarter than her or that he has the same connections. Also at least in the current lore,we have to keep in mind that Leblanc is a title and each leblanc takes on the name and the appearance of the original leblanc,making it look like LB herself is an immortal ruler.

3.Who is the storngest? I think Sion is the strongest noxian.He is pretty much the noxian secret weapon and is the rival of Galio who is the size of a small castle.That is saying a lot about his power.

Yeah, gotta agree with Ebon here. Kled believes everything is his, but he doesn't travel far so he doesn't care that much.
