Did kennen's abilities audio change?

A friend of mine mains him, and has noticed that Kennen's abilities sound different on cast. Is he insane, or did this actually happen? (No patch notes that I can see.)

It is in the patch notes. Right before the "simple buffs" section. JarvanIV Kennen KogMaw LeeSin all got some degree of SFX update.

I don't know if they've finished yet, but the audio engine got an overhaul earlier this season and they've been releasing all SFX in the new format in batches. I think they said they'd be done about half a year later..
