How powerful is Karthus lore wise?
I mean you would think someone controlling death or being about it would be powerful, but since kindred is death, which was kind of silly to make kindred death, but w/e, what part does Karthus play?

Considering Karthus is one of the beings within the Mist who holds some sway over other beings within it, I'd say he's pretty powerful. Perhaps even comparable to Mordekaiser.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but I don't think he's that powerful.
Not weak either, but he's not even close to the like of Morde, the ascended or the Void monsters. He's still above regular humans, though.
Also, please keep in mind that Karthus doesn't seem to be all that interested in gaining power himself.
well karthus has a line in game that says "its power grows with time... as does mine" i would say "it" is kindred so i do think that kindred and karthus are around the same power and proberly around the same as aurelion sol due to karthus having the ability to go in to spirit form making him untouchable.we dont know they power of they shadows isles and karthus but i would say that karthus is among the most powerful
