Ezreal's new Q @riot

It looks pretty good, I wanna say that. I do think it's kinda weird though, that it almost doesn't match the rest of his kit visually now. Do you guys have any plans to update his other spells as well? is this just it for now?

And I was curious what led to this particular change? Work on an upcoming skin where you wanted to do new particles? Or was this someone's pet project? or are we going to see other spells visually updated (something that hasn't happened in a long time I don't think)?

To be clear, I like the new look, just think his ult in particular would benefit a lot from the same kind of update
