For such a personality-heavy character, Viktor has a very depressing number of lines

only has 29 lines, including his pickline and his 4 "different" laughs. His title is literally "The Machine HERALD", yet, for an Herald, he barely speaks at all and is very very repetitive. Newer champions and reworked ones easily have over 100/200 number of lines, including , a champion who's theme is far less into talking and more into action, and yet she almost has 5 to 8 times the number of lines of , who's thematic revolves around talking and convincing people into a superior and better lifestyle. Through his lore/stories, we understand how this champion thinks: a "hero" who thinks about safety and efficiency before frailty and human philosophies, yet his voicelines reflect so poorly this side of him... Hell, we can't even understand what Viktor truly is/truly wants since he barely says anything other than "improve" and "evolution" all the time, he just looks like a tech-crazed maniac with an accent and nothing more.

If there's someone who deserves a voice-line rework, its . I don't feel like his gameplay nor his visuals need that much attention, but I consider a voice update for him should be primordial, since he is supposed by theme to be one of the most talking champions, instead of being one of the worst.
