I think these chromas are some of those bad chromas, like the first wave that failed and caused them to rethink the process. Compare this to something like the new Beemo Chromas: https://news-a.akamaihd.net/public/images/articles/2018/april/patch89/beemo-chromas.jpg

or the new Mecha Zero Sion Chromas:

There's actual flairs to the textures of these chromas, such as numbers and fire on Sion, or the different eyes and dots on the Beemo one. This Swain one is just an utterly bland color swap, with nothing unique. All chromas should be fun and inventive like Pool Party Fiora, Pool Party Graves, Surprise Party Amumu, Dino Gnar, and Moo Cow Alistar. They shouldn't be unimaginative color shifts like this one. There's not really a reason to buy them if they don't offer some unique flair.
