Infernal Akali skin updates
As we all know, Akalis former "Crimson Akali" skin shifted thematically to become an Infernal skin, making her the hottest in that skin line. I actually liked that change, Crimson Akali used to be nothing but a chroma and instead of reinvent her in a way that would make Crimson a standalone skin again, they just took the red base colour and looked which skin line she could work in with it.
I expect this kind of skin updates to happen again in the future, so I wanted to ask, which skins do you think will change in the same way? And which skin line they might end up after the changes?
For me, there were 2 skins which jumped into my mind immediately.
Toxic Dr. Mundo
It is basically just a chroma giving him green skin. With this base colour green and looking at Dr. Mundos general thematic, I think this should become a Chemtech Mundo skin. Make him a chemtech augmented monstrosity, with tubes, an inhaler like Urgots and everything.
Hot Rod Corki
Again, just a chroma. It is part of the "Piltover Customs" skin line currently, but I think this entire skin line is pretty outdated in general...
The shift I would like to see here is bigger, I think it should end up in the Hextech skin line. It would keep the relation with Piltover (which Piltover Customs actually doesn't have, except for the name, the aesthetics don't fit Piltover at all) and the Hextech skin line is really well defined and fleshed out. It would also give Corki a nice hightech skin, which he is lacking. The only ones coming close are UFO Corki, which will most likely turn out as a lighthearted joke skin, and Arcade, which is video game based.
What are your ideas? Which skins could get placed in another skin line when the champion gets their VGU?
