Since GP was the Butcher Bridge Map announcer and Star Guardian Ahri was the Star Guardian gamemode announcer, it would be logic to have Lissandra (the champion that has been released along the Howling Abyss Map) as the announcer of this map.
I love this idea and it should definitely be implemented but I don't think she needs a VO. Her current voice is up to date.
Only if it is the same voice actress. Her voice is one of the best/most enjoyable.
I mean she already got that end of ARAM game monologue thing
and iirc Elise was released on the same patch that Twisted Treeline was updated right? so if we make Lissandra the announcer for Howling Abyss for that reason, then we should make Elise the announcer of Twisted Treeline :D
Lissandra should get new voice lines when a Frejord / Watchers return event happens

Lissandra already does narrate a story of the Butcher's Bridge if you win a game and wait for about 30 seconds without pressing "Continue". I'm all for Liss announcer pack, though.
Yes absolutely there is no one who knows the bridge better than her and she should be the announcer but only with the same voice actress! Ps: while you all debate that Im still waiting for the buffa meddler mentioned -.-
